The technological mutability (otherness) of corporations as a key of their global preponderance
Abstract
This work consists of two parts. Firstly, an attempt will be made to explain the global preponderance of corporations from a constant reinterpretation that they would make of the concept of utility. This will be evidenced from a series of actions that they execute and that account for a doctrine of "technological otherness". In the second part, it will be deduced how this hypothetical doctrine occurs, appealing to the notion of "technological functionality" and the cognitive bias called "functional fixedness".
